I Don’t Have The X Factor

I am sure everyone has heard of X Factor or American Idol, which are TV shows based on singing talent. Anyway, if you have watched any of these shows, you will most likely have laughed at people who have auditioned but sang extremely badly. Their passion is singing and they have always dreamt of being a superstar singer but they fail to deliver and they end up in tears when they are rejected.
Well, singing and dancing are some of my many passions. But I am NOT delusional and I know that I do both very badly. My singing is always off key and no amount of dance classes have helped my two left feet. However, it doesn’t stop me having fun.
At home, I always used to annoy my brothers and sisters with my foolish singing and dancing. And in the car, I would belt out numbers from the radio and dance like an idiot. Even at work, I was known to my patients as the Singing Dentist.
Therefore, I made this video for my family and friends to remind them of me. As for any of my ex-patients, please refrain from watching the video. It will destroy the professional image you have of me.

Haha, that’s so funny. I just found your blog and am going to read all the posts now. I’m currently on the page 15, which happens to be this year’s March, so it might take a while to get to the 2004 posts..
I’ll keep you updated how my reading is going!
