Rejection

Rejection is defined as the act of refusing something
Last month, a guy asked me out for a date and I rejected him. I was told that guys don’t take rejection kindly, so I’ve been avoiding him. I admire guys who have the guts to ask a girl out. I really do! Mr Rejected is a nice guy and that’s why I feel extra bad about rejecting him.
He has suitable boyfriend criteria, which includes the following :-
1. My mum would give her approval
2. He’s older than me by 2-3 years
3. He’s a Christian
4. He’s got a good career – some science / engineering thing
5. He has average looks
6. He appears to be thoughtful and caring
BUT he lacks that vital ingredient – the je ne sais quoi, the X factor, the sexual chemistry, the initial attraction…you know what I mean right?
My mum told me off for not giving Mr Rejected a chance. But I am waiting for Mr Right…
At least I know I can attract guys! Wahey!!!
