Vicious cycle is defined as a circle where one trouble leads to another which aggravates the first
when I get bored, I eat
when I eat, I eat loads
when I eat loads, I get indigestion
when I get indigestion, I can’t sleep
when I can’t sleep, I get eye bags
when I get eye bags, I look awful
when I look awful, I feel awful
when I feel awful, I mope around the house
when I mope around the house, I get bored
when I get bored, I eat……………….yes, it is a HIGHLY vicious cycle
